Our vast experience of planning and constructing timber garden buildings ensures that every time we build one it is within building and planning regulations. This means they will not exceed permitted heights and square meterage allowed by the local authorities. The absolute maximum allowed under permitted development is 30m2 but a site visit would determine the location and size allowed, relevant to boundaries etc.
All timber garden buildings are finished to a high standard and have fully insulated walls ceilings and floors. This is something you have to look out for when getting quotes from some less reputable companies, who may cut corners. Other features we install as standard are lighting and two double power points, however electrical connection from the house is dependant upon the distance, location, and existing power supply. All electrics are completed by a part p registered electrician.
All our garden buildings are fitted with dark gray anthracite UPVC A rated windows and doors. Other colours are available upon request. Aluminium is also available upon request at a price increase. Windows, French doors and/bifolds are designed to each individual project and needs.
More sizes shapes and designs are available within the 30m2 development rule, before planning permission is needed. However we do construct larger upon planning approval too.
*The larger the building, the better value per m2.
For other coverings add or subtract the following values from the overall M2 dimensions.
